This old house

So after Clayton put the flooring in you need trim right?? Well In a house as lovely as this, it seems you just have to go the extra mile. So they decided to fix the wall before the trim, lets do it right, right. Little did we know the whole wall was going to disintegrate right before our eyes. Clayton and Lars ended up replacing the whole window sill in order fix the wall, not to mention they accidentally broke the window too, so it could have ended up being another all nighter for them. Lars and Kate were really good sports though, and thanks to them we now have a new window installed. We couldn't have done it without you guys!! Thanks for all of your help. This looks like fun huh!!
How about that water damage on the wall?
Moral of the story. It is always much easier to keep a house in good condition, than to have to go back and fix it because of lack of care. When we buy or build our new house, I will definitly be looking at ways to keep things in top condition. I don't want to have to do this again.(Really I just watched in shock, I definitly don't want to watch that again though!!!:)
